Brian York
A Seasoned Professional with over ten years of experience in residential real estate sales, management, real estate investing and property management throughout the east coast. Brian built his proprietary residential Real Estate brokerage company from the ground up and developed a Property Management venture to oversee the rehabilitation and management of multiple residential units. His background in rehabilitating different types of properties aids clients in making critical decisions on the value of their homes. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, Brian is able to assist clients with the best ways to increase and augment the potential return on their investment. Having bought and sold many pieces of real estate for clients and himself, he is a keen negotiator and has ingenious marketing ideas.

Carol Hall
Carol Hall graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. This, in addition to her previous experience as a leasing consultant at a major Chevy Chase, MD management company, has made her aware of the needs that buyers have as well as our obligation to them as clients. A native of the D.C. metropolitan area and a former sales assistant of one the largest developers for condominium conversions in the D.C. area, Carol has extensive knowledge of real estate sales and the skill to aid in a smooth transaction. Carol is an integral part of the Signature Home Team’s efforts to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Alice Farrell
Originally from Morris then Warren Counties in New Jersey, Alice and her family chose Wilmington to relocate to in 1995. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from William Paterson College in Wayne, NJ and taught middle school in Parsippany, NJ as well as coaching gymnastics in the North Jersey and Washington D.C. area. She has been active in the USTA Tennis League, Wilmington Central Rotary, New Hanover County Schools PTSA, Eastern Surfing Association, and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate producer here in the Wilmington area for the past 6 years. Alice proudly serves New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick Counties which include the communities of Wrightsville Beach, Landfall, Porters Neck, Figure Eight Island, Middle Sound Loop, Olde Point, and others. Her knowledge of real estate enables her to provide immediate and effective services, and her compassionate attitude allows for a stress-free transaction.

Densay Sengsoulavong
Densay’s expertise in marketing is accredited to his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration. His graduation from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington has blessed him with extensive knowledge of the area and its real estate market. Densay’s knowledge of current technologies and state of the art real estate strategies has decreased the time at market. He has empowered the team with the ability to maximize exposure of our clients’ homes to the market and their access to live updates of properties to ensure that our clients find their perfect home in minimal time.
